OVERVIEW
The team at Every Man Jack reached out with the goal of creating an “agency-level” commercial entirely in-house. While they were already succeeding with UGC-level content, they wanted to demonstrate that higher-level, narrative-driven marketing could have an even stronger impact on customers.
Together, we developed scripts, storyboards, and a cohesive creative approach. Drawing on my production background, I helped shape the concept to fit their budget while sourcing the crew, equipment, and cast needed to bring it to life. My role extended beyond consulting—I also served as Director of Photography, leading the camera department to execute our shared vision.
I love projects where I can be involved from the earliest stages and make the greatest possible impact. This one was exactly that—a true collaboration where creative ideas and technical expertise came together to produce something exceptional.
THE DETAILS
THE CHALLENGES
NO. 001
Lead an in house creative team that hasn’t done in house video production at this scale.
NO. 002
2 Overnights - Shoots are exhausting and challenging to begin with. Shooting them from 6pm-6am adds another element that makes it even more important to be organized in pre production.
NO. 003
Camp Fire - We had to build a custom campfire rig so we could control the smoke, the light output, and the size of our fire and ensure safety while filming in a real forest.
